 You could be forgiven for thinking that Arsene Wenger is struggling so badly in the transfer market that he's decided to blood even more youngsters at the Emirates Stadium.

But these kids are a touch too young - even by Arsenal's standards.

The Gunners squad trained with 30 lucky children on Thursday afternoon as the club held an open session to members.

And it came after the Premier League's new goal-line technology was officially unveiled - not that it was needed much. The kids - in true Arsenal fashion - were keen on keeping possession on the halfway line.

They were a tough proposition for the Gunners, although at one point Chuba Akpom celebrated wildly for no apparent reason. Unbelievably, he wasn't cautioned for his antics.
After having a full session the squad retreated inside to have their pre-season pictures and graphics done.
In some question-and-answer time with the players, the children didn't hold back with their questioning.
One budding journalist wanted to know why the Arsenal side are so shy of shooting and opt to keep the ball relentlessly.
Then another asked the burning Luis Suarez question, before Mikel Arteta revealed the reason he has pristine hair is because he uses wax.
