Ian Holloway produced his first trademark victory dance of what could still be a long season for Crystal Palace as a group apology from the Sunderland team left Paolo Di Canio too sad to be angry.
The Palace manager saw his team notch their first win in their third game back in the Premier League and, despite a Sunderland equaliser, they showed the character to transfer their dominance into goals.
